We will review your store settings to minimize potential issues before launch and promptly notify you of the results by email. Once connected, you will gain access to all Partner Account tools, and our support team will assist you at every stage whenever needed.
How soon will I start getting orders, and how many?
More than 3,500 customers visit our website every day ready to place orders. The number of sales you receive depends directly on your product range, pricing, product quality, and service level. New products often receive priority placement in search results. The broader and more appealing your assortment, the sooner you can expect your first orders. Upload more attractive products, and you may start seeing results within the first few days.
We can also provide statistics for similar product categories and regions to help you choose the optimal assortment and set competitive prices that attract customers.

What are the payment guarantees?
Customers pay for their orders when placing them. You will immediately see the final amount that will be paid to you after the order is completed. Payments are made within the timeframes specified in the Service Rules and in full compliance with Russian legislation. Your Partner Account provides access to order reports, reconciliations, and accounting documents.
What are the product requirements? Do I need to change my assortment?
You can sell flowers, gifts, sweets, décor items, and much more — there are no restrictions on your assortment. Customers are more likely to choose products with attractive photos, accurate descriptions, and competitive pricing. To get started quickly, we recommend uploading at least 12 products within a category. This helps your products gain priority visibility and increases your chances of receiving your first orders sooner.
Is there an app for sellers?
We currently offer a mobile-optimized version of the Partner Account that allows you to add products and process orders.

Are there any limits on the number of orders or products?
No. You may list any products except those in the 18+ category. It is important to keep your assortment up to date and maintain a high level of service so customers continue choosing your products.

Can an individual become a seller on the platform?
Yes. Individuals can become sellers provided they register as self-employed. If you do not have self-employed status under the applicable tax regime, we will not be able to onboard you as a partner.
What if I don’t sell flowers?
Absolutely. We are actively expanding our assortment to include edible bouquets, chocolate-covered strawberries, desserts, gift sets, and much more. These categories are in high demand. Join us and showcase your products on our website.

A budget is a fixed average order value automatically calculated based on the price lists of active partners operating in a particular city.

I already have a customer account. How can I become a seller?
You can register as a partner using a different phone number. If you do not have a second phone number, please email b2b@rus-buket.ru. We will deactivate your existing account and help you create a new seller account.
How can I receive free branded greeting cards and business cards?
